54,4% des jeunes en ville de Goma utilisent le réseau social Whatsapp pour la recherche d’informations pour leur survie.
80,4% des jeunes de la ville de Goma utilisent Whatsapp il y a plus d’un an, ceci en défaut d’autres réseaux sociaux et réseaux téléphoniques.
82,7% utilisent le téléphone portable pour se connecter au réseau social Whatsapp, de par son cout financier très réduit et adapté à la vie économique de la population gomatracienne.
32,6% des jeunes utilisent Whatsapp plus d’une heure durant, par jour.
