Lancée Dans un contexte de guerre ce lundi 24 juin 2024, la session ordinaire de la 58e édition de l’examen d’État sur toute l’étendue de la République démocratique du Congo se déroule dans un contexte particulier à l’est du pays. Au Nord-Kivu, le go a été donné par le gouverneur militaire intérimaire, le général-major Peter Cirimwami à l’Institut Bakanja en présence de plusieurs cadres éducatifs de la province.
Au total, 62 595 élèves finalistes du secondaire et ceux de la formation professionnelle du cycle court, prennent part à ces épreuves nationales qui vont durées quatre jours. Ils sont repartis dans 203 centres sur l’ensemble de la province du Nord-Kivu dont 64 centres dans la province éducationnelle Nord-Kivu 1 y compris celui de Kigali au Rwanda et ceux de Rutshuru et Kibumba regroupés à Goma, 85 centres dans la province éducationnelle Nord-Kivu 2 avec comme siège Butembo et la province éducationnelle Nord-Kivu 3 en compte 43 centres.
Le gouverneur du nord Kivu reconnaît tout de même que ces épreuves nationales se déroulent dans un contexte particulier d’insécurité.
« L’édition 2024 de l’examen d’État se passe dans un contexte particulier d’insécurité notamment la guerre imposée par le Rwanda sous le labels de la rébellion du M23. La situation est difficile, mais avec les responsables de l’EPST, nous avons pris toutes les dispositions pour ceux qui sont dans les zones occupées par l’ennemi. Nous avons délocalisé les centres vers la ville de Goma. Même les élèves qui se sont retirés des zones insécurisées, passent les examens à Kayna , Kirumba sous une meilleure sécurité », a fait savoir le gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu, le Gen. major PETER CHIRIMWAMI NKUBA.
Le Directeur Provincial de l’EPST au Nord-Kivu, Monsieur LUC GBAWEZA KABANGO a reconnaît l’effort fournit oar ke gouvernement pour la gratuite de ka passation de ces examens au nord kivu.
Il ajoute, que sa province educationnelle compte 19.057 candidats dont 9.754 filles et 9.303 garçons participent à cette evaluation de 4 jours.
Il a saisi cette occasion pour appeler tous les cadres de l’EPST à combattre les antivaleurs qui minent le secteur de l’enseignement et les a invités tous au travail de terrain afin de résoudre les problèmes à la base.
