La plupart de ces attaques s’est accentuée chez nous et, a coûté la vie à plus de 80 personnes, sans compter les disparus, dans les villages suivants: PK 25, PK 39, route Mbau-Kamango, Mangazi vers Mamove; Beu-Manyama, Eringeti, Kokola, Baeti, Ngandula, Kazaroho, Miliese, Mangina, Samboko; Chanichani, Mavivi, Mutwanga et Bashu_ “.
Les participants à ces assises ont déploré que l’ennemi se balade librement de village à village, distribuant la mort aux innocents, en depis des alertes à qui de droit.
Considérant ce calvaire que traversent les populations sous leur influence, les 3 noyaux de la Société civile -Forces vives ont décidé de l’observation d’une journée de deuil, sans travail, jeudi 8 Février, afin de pleurer les leurs, conformément aux us et coutumes, à l’occasion, ils ont fait des interpellations.
” _Au Gouvernement central, d’évaluer objectivement et, bilatéralement, avec la population, l’efficacité des Opérations Sokola 1; à l’État Major, de consulter la base pour palper du doigt la réalité des opérations en cours; au Commandant Secteur opérationnel Sokola 1, d’organiser des descentes et, consultations populaires et fixer la population par rapport à la chaîne d’alerte ainsi que les responsabilités; aux Services de sécurité, de jouer correctement leur rôle, celui de protéger les populations civiles_ “.
Les Commandants des Axes ont été interpellés par la structure citoyenne à jouer à l’offensive et bien contrôler les espaces lacunaires qui favorisent le passage aux tueurs Adf. Elle insiste que soient pris en compte les alertes et consolider le mariage civilo-militaire.
La Coordination des opérations conjointes Fardc-Updf, pour sa part, a été invitée à matérialiser ses opérations militaires dans ce fameux triangle de la mort, Mbau-Oicha-Mangina.
